Authenticity Guarantee
Every fragrance sold by Scentorium is authentic, sourced only through authorised trade channels and delivered sealed in its original branded packaging. If a product is ever not as described, we will put it right.
Authenticity is the foundation of everything we sell, and we want you to order with complete confidence. Below we explain who we are, why our prices are lower, where our stock comes from, and how to verify any bottle you receive.
Is Scentorium legit?
Yes. Scentorium is a UK-registered company, Scentorium Ltd, based in Covent Garden, London, with full company details listed at the foot of this page. We are an established fragrance retailer, and our verified customer reviews are published on Trustpilot.
Why do Arabian fragrances cost less than designer perfumes?
Arabian perfumery has a long heritage of rich, concentrated compositions, and its houses have earned a worldwide following for their depth and longevity. They carry none of the designer licensing, celebrity campaigns or department-store margins that inflate the price of Western fragrances, so their genuine eau de parfum reaches you for considerably less. The price reflects the category, not any compromise on quality or authenticity, and these are the same fragrances stocked by reputable retailers worldwide. Many are also composed in the style of familiar Western scents, which you can explore in our Inspired Fragrances collection.
Where do our fragrances come from?
Every fragrance we sell is sourced through authorised distributors and established wholesalers, never unverified sellers or open marketplaces. We stock respected Arabian perfume houses including Lattafa, Ard Al Zaafaran, Maison Alhambra, Fragrance World, French Avenue, Rayhaan, Arabiyat Prestige, Zimaya and Al-Rehab.
Are Lattafa perfumes original?
Yes. Lattafa Perfumes is a well-established house based in the United Arab Emirates and one of the most recognised names in Arabian fragrance. Every Lattafa scent we stock is genuine.
How do I know my bottle is genuine?
Every new bottle arrives sealed in its cellophane, inside the brand's own box, with matching batch codes on the box and bottle and clean, precise printing. Several houses now include a verification feature: Lattafa, for example, applies a QR code and holographic security label that you can scan to confirm authenticity on its official website. Not every brand offers this yet, so its absence is not a concern, but where a code is present it should always resolve to the brand's own site. If you would like reassurance before or after your order arrives, contact us and we will share photographs of the same product from our own stock for comparison.
What if I have concerns?
If anything about your order gives you pause, please contact us before taking any other step, and always before returning an item. We will review it with you and, if something is not right, make it right, typically responding within 24 hours on working days.
