Our Authenticity Promise

Every fragrance sold by Scentorium is authentic, sourced only through authorised distributors and established wholesalers, and sent to you sealed in its original branded packaging.

Buying perfume online at a lower price is a fair thing to question. Here is where our stock comes from, how to check your own bottle, and what to do if you are ever unsure.

Where our fragrances come from

We buy only through authorised distributors and established wholesalers, never unverified sellers or open marketplaces. The houses we carry are Middle Eastern and Arabian perfumers such as Lattafa, Ard Al Zaafaran, Maison Alhambra, Fragrance World, French Avenue, Rayhaan, Arabiyat Prestige, Zimaya and Al-Rehab. We are an independent retailer, not an official stockist of any of them, and every new bottle reaches you sealed in its cellophane and in the brand's own box, exactly as it left the manufacturer.

How to check your bottle

A genuine bottle arrives in unbroken cellophane, inside the brand's own printed box, with a matching batch code and clean, sharp printing. Some houses also add a verification code: Lattafa, for example, prints a QR code and holographic label you can scan to confirm authenticity on its official website. Not every brand offers this yet, so a missing code is not a warning sign; where one exists, just check it opens the brand's own site. If you would like to confirm anything before or after your order arrives, message us and we will send photos of the same product from our stock to compare.

If you're ever unsure

If you ever have a doubt, contact us before doing anything else, and always before returning anything. We would far rather hear from you than have you worry about it. If something does not seem right, get in touch and we will look into it with you and put it right, usually within 24 hours on working days.
